Abstract

U ovom radu projektiran je sustav grijanja i hlađenja te pripreme potrošne tople vode obiteljske vile na području otoka Hvara. Kuća se sastoji od 2 etaže, prizemlja i kata. Prizemlje sadrži jednu veliku prostoriju za boravak i nekoliko manjih, među kojima je prostorija za strojarsku opremu. Na katu su smještene četiri spavaće sobe i kupaonice te galerija na sobu u prizemlju. Projektni toplinski gubici za zimsko razdoblje su izračunati prema normi HRN EN 12831 te iznose 7,68 kW. Za ljetni period... More projektno toplinsko opterećenje je računano prema smjernici VDI 2078 te ukupni toplinski dobici iznose 6,53 kW za 23. srpanj kao projektni dan.
Sustav grijanja predviđen je pomoću solarnog sustava kada je to moguće, dok dizalica topline zrak-voda učina 13,12 kW služi za potrebe grijanja u ostatku godine. Vanjska jedinica smještena je na krovu zgrade. U prostorima vile koristi se podno grijanje s temperaturnim režimom 38/30 °C dok je u kupaonicama predviđena dodatna instalacija električnih ljestvi. Za ljetne periode cijevni razvod podnog grijanja služi i za hlađenje prostorija puštanjem vode temperaturnog režima 16/19 °C. U sustav se postavlja međuspremnik ogrjevne vode zapremnine 497 L koji akumulira toplinsku energiju i omogućuje mirniji rad dizalice topline.
Sustav pripreme potrošne tople vode sastoji se od kombiniranog akumulacijskog spremnika kapaciteta 300 L za sanitarnu vodu i 275 l za ogrjevnu vodu. Potrošna topla voda u spremniku zagrijava se pomoću solarnih kolektora i dizalice topline. Na krov zgrade je postavljeno 5 pločastih kolektora, orijentiranih prema jugu pod nagibom 60°. Ljeti solarni sustav ima mogućnost grijanja vanjskog bazena kada su zadovoljene potrebe pripreme potrošne tople vode.
Uz rad su priloženi proračuni i crteži u kojima je definiran raspored opreme po etažama te funkcionalna shema spajanja sustava i automatske regulacije. Less

Abstract (english)

As part of this thesis heating and cooling systems and a domestic hot water system were designed for the home building at the island of Hvar territory. Building consists of 2 floors, ground and first floor. Ground floor consist of large living room and few small rooms which include machinery room. First floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a galery also. Total projected heat losses during winter period, calculated according to the HRN EN 12831 standard, are 7,68 kW. For summer period,... More more precisely 23. of July, calculated heat gains to the VDI 2078 standard are 6,53 kW.
Heating source consist of solar system, which is used whenever it is possible, and air-water heat pump of 13,12 kW, which is used for the rest of the year. Heat pump outside unit is set on the roof. Floor heating with 38/30 °C heating regime is predicted for all rooms inside villa, while in the bathrooms lectric ladder radiators are additionally installed.. Floor heating pipe distribution containing water with 16/19 °C temperature regime, is also used for cooling during the summer period. The system is equipped with 475 l hot water tank, which is storage of thermal energy and provides safe work of air-water pump.
Domestic hot water preparation consist of combined accumulation storage tank with 300 l capacity for domestic water, and 275 l capacity for heat water. Domestic hot water is heated by solar heat exchanger and air-water pump. There are 5 flat plate solar thermal collectors set on the roof, oriented to the south under the slope of 60°. When the need for domestic hot water is fullfiled, solar system can be used for heating the outside pool.
