Abstract

U radu je istraživan par materijala koji nije uobičajen za izradu pužnih prijenosnika, visokokvalitetni čelik 16MnCr5 i aluminijska bronca CuAl10Fe5Ni5, koja je inače uobičajeni materijal za izradu kliznih ležajeva jer se pokazala kao dobar izbor. Na modelnom uređaju Timken izmjereni su faktor trenja za različite uvjete rada, Hertzov pritisak i brzina klizanja. Računalnom obradom metode odzivne površine dobivena je jednoznačna funkcija preslikavanja. Numerička je analiza također pokazala da ne postoji jednoznačna veza između trošenja, faktora trenja, Herzova pritiska i brzine klizanja. Numeričkom integracijom procijenjena je korisnost pužnog para, koja je i potvrđena mjerenjem na realnom prijenosniku. Mjerenje na pužnom prijenosniku pokazalo je da je granični moment opterećenja 150 Nm, što odgovara prosječnom Hertzovu pritisku od 180 MPa. To je ograničenje nametnula kombinacija materijala pužnog kola i maziva tj. pojava tribokorozije.

Abstract (english)

The paper deals with a pair of materials which are not commonly used to make worm gears, i.e. high quality steel 16MnCr5 and aluminum bronze CuAl10Fe5Ni5. The latter is a material commonly used to make plain bearings as it has been shown that it is a good choice. The friction factor for different operating conditions, the Hertz contact stress and sliding speed have been measured on the model unit Timken. The unambiguous mapping function has been obtained by computer processing of the response surface method. The numerical analysis has also shown that there is no unambiguous link between wear, friction factor, the Hertz contact stress and sliding speed. The efficiency of the worm gear pair has been assessed by the numerical integration and confirmed by measurements carried out on the real gear.The measurements of the worm gear have shown that the limit load torque is 150 Nm, which corresponds to the mean Hertz contact stress of 180 MPa. This limitation is imposed by tribocorrosion, i.e. the combination of the worm wheel material and lubricants.
