Abstract

Cilj ovog rada bio je odrediti rubne uvjete kod opisa ortodontskog pomaka zuba. U radu su navedena osnovna svojstva zuba, navedeni i opisani njegovi dijelovi te način označavanja zubi u usnoj šupljini, a navedena je i morfološka podjela zubi. Također, navedene su i opisane anomalije broja, veličine i položaja zubi. Navedena su opća svojstva ortodoncije, kao grane koja se bavi ispravljanjem navedenih zubnih anomalija, te mobilnih i fiksnih naprava koje se koriste u ortodontskih terapijama. Prikazani su zakoni biomehanike zuba, čije poznavanje je nužno za određivanje rubnih uvjeta kod ortodontskih pomaka, te su opisani i prikazani centar otpora i centar rotacije zuba. Ukupni pomak zuba podijeljen je na translacije i rotacije, a za pojedine pomake definirani su rubni uvjeti. Pomake se mjerilo na modelima zubi izrađenih pomoću CBCT snimki čeljusti, a izrađeni su modeli lijeve polovine gornje čeljusti s pripadajućim jednokorijenskim zubima prije i nakon ortodontske terapije. Izmjereni pomaci prikazani su tablično na kraju rada.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this paper was to determine boundary conditions when describing the orthodontic displacement of the tooth. The paper describes basic properties of tooth, listing and describing its parts and describes the way of marking teeth in oral cavity. Morphological division is also listed. The anomalies in number, size and position of teeth are also listed and described. Basic properties of orthodontics, specialty of dentistry that deals with correction of listed anomalies, and mobile and fixed devices used in orthodontics, are listed. The laws of tooth biomechanics are described, because understanding those laws is crutial for determination of boundary conditions. The center of resistance and center of rotation of tooth are aslo described. Total tooth displacement is devided in translations and rotations for which boundary conditions were determined. Displacements were measured on tooth models. Models of the left half of the upper jaw with associated single root teeth, before and after the orthodontic therapy, were made. Measured displacements are shown in tables at the end of the paper.
