Abstract

Tema ovog završnog rada je provedba umjeravanja ultrazvučnog stepeničastog etalona propisanog normom ISO 16946:2015 koristeći tri mjerne metode. Laboratorij za precizna mjerenja Fakulteta strojarstva i brodogradnje akreditiran je za 35 metoda umjeravanja, ali nema akreditiranu metodu za ultrazvučne stepeničaste etalone. Dimenzionalne značajke stepeničastih radnih etalona utječu na karakteristike samog ultrazvučnog sustava te je stoga potrebno utvrditi njihove vrijednosti. U radu je razrađen postupak umjeravanja stepeničastog radnog etalona korištenjem tri mjerna uređaja: jednoosni mjerni uređaj, visinomjer i mjerna ura. Za sva tri postupka umjeravanja procijenjene su mjerene nesigurnosti. Provedena je i usporedba rezultata umjeravanja ostvarenih sa sva tri mjerena uređaja kako bi se moglo zaključiti o izboru prikladnog mjernog uređaja za buduća umjeravanja ultrazvučnog stepeničastog etalona u Laboratorij za precizna mjerenja dužina Fakulteta strojarstva i brodogradnje.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this final thesis is the development of the calibration procedure of step wedge calibration block prescribed by ISO 16946: 2015, using three measurement methods. The Laboratory for Precision Measurements of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture is accredited for 35 calibration methods, but does not have an accredited method for calibration of step wedge block. The dimensional characteristics of step wedge calibration block influence the characteristics of the ultrasonic system itself and it is therefore necessary to determine their values. The paper elaborates the procedure for calibrating step wedge block using three measuring devices: a uniaxial measuring device, a height gage and a dial gauge. Measurement uncertainties were estimated for all three calibration procedures. A comparison of the calibration results obtained with all three measured devices was made to conclude on the selection of a suitable measuring device for future calibrations of the step wedge calibration block in the Laboratory for Precision Length Measurements of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture.
