Abstract

Kompoziti su relativno nova vrsta materijala često korištena zbog mogućnosti postizanja iznimnih kombinacija fizikalno-kemijskih svojstava. Kompozitni proizvodi često se obrađuju/izrađuju tehnologijom obrade odvajanjem čestica. Pritom je bušenje jedna od najzastupljenijih metoda obrade. Prilikom izrade provrta kod određenih tipova kompozita dolazi do raslojavanja (delaminacije) slojeva u kompozitu što nepovoljno utječe na mehanička i druga svojstva kompozita. U sklopu ovog diplomskog rada analizirana je primjena signala akustične emisije u nadzoru procesa bušenja polimernog kompozita ojačanog staklenim vlaknima. Značajke izdvojene iz navedenih vrsta signala korištene su u klasifikaciji stupnja istrošenosti reznog alata i stupnja delaminacije materijala. Za klasifikator je korištena neuronska mreža s radijalnim baznim funkcijama.

Abstract (english)

Composites are a relatively new type of products often used due to the possibility of achieving remarkable combinations of physico-chemical properties. Composite products are often fabricated by machining technologies. Drilling is one of the most common processing methods. While drilling holes in certain types of composites, layers (delamination) of layers in the composite occurs, which adversely affects the mechanical and other properties of the composite. As part of this thesis, the application of acoustic emission signals in the control of the drilling process of a glass fiber reinforced polymer composite is analyzed. The features extracted from the indicated signal types were used in the classification of the degree of wear of the cutting tool and the degree of delamination of the material. A neural network with radial basis functions was used for the classifier.
