Abstract

Oštećenjem se smatra bilo koji tip trajne deformacije na bilo kojoj lokaciji konstrukcijske komponente. Oštećenja mogu značajno narušiti sigurnost leta i utjecati na plovidbenost. Iz tog razloga, nužno je osigurati kontinuirano praćenje nastalih oštećenja na konstrukciji. Za to se koriste dokumenti „Structure Damage/Repair Record“ i „Structure Damage Report“. U navedene dokumente bilježe se sva pronađena oštećenja i izvedeni popravci na konstrukciji zrakoplova radi bolje preglednosti i brze evidencije. Navedeni dokumenti su različiti za svaki zrakoplov ovisno o nastalom oštećenju. Zrakoplov koji se prati u ovom radu je Airbus A319 te su navedene procedure popravka izdane od strane proizvođača zrakoplova.
U svrhu bolje i brže komunikacije provedena je informatizacija dokumenata za prijavu oštećenja. Po različitim obrascima za prijavu oštećenja napravljen je jedan, univerzalni obrazac u digitalnom formatu kao web aplikacija. Aplikacija se može koristiti i kao pregled svih već nastalih oštećenja kako bi se utvrdilo je li oštećenje novonastalo. Pri novonastalom oštećenju radnik otvara obrazac za prijavu oštećenja i ispunjava sve potrebne podatke uz javljanje odjelu za inženjering.

Abstract (english)

Damage is considered to be any type of permanent deformation at any location of a structural component. Damage can significantly impair flight safety and affect airworthiness. For this reason, it is necessary to ensure continuous monitoring of the damage to the structure. The „Structure Damage / Repair Record“ and „Structure Damage Report“ documents are used for this. These documents record any damage found and repairs made to the aircraft structure for better visibility and quick records. These documents are different for each aircraft depending on the damage caused. The aircraft monitored in this paper is Airbus A319 and the specified repair procedures have been issued by the aircraft manufacturer.
For the purpose of better and faster communication, computerization of documents for the reporting of damage was carried out. According to various forms for reporting damage, a single, universal form in IT form was created as an application. The application can also be used as a review of any damage that has already occurred to determine if the damage has newly occurred. In the event of a new defect, the worker opens the defect reporting form and fills in all the necessary information with the contacting of engineering department.
