Abstract

Tema ovog rada je izrada i analiza simulacijskog modela proizvodnog sustava koristeći programski paket AnyLogic. Simulacijski model oponaša realni sustav pomoću skupa pretpostavki koje je moguće definirati matematičkim, logičkim i simboličkim vezama između objekata. U početnom dijelu pobliže je opisan pojam simulacije i vrsta koje se koriste. U središnjem dijelu opisan je nastanak i razvoj programskog paketa AnyLogic. Nadalje, kroz par primjera opisane su značajke i primjena programa. U završnom dijelu izrađen je simulacijski model realnog proizvodnog sustava te je provedena analiza rezultata uz prijedlog poboljšanja.

Abstract (english)

The subject of this paper is the design and analysis of a simulation model for production system using the AnyLogic software package. The simulation model imitates the real system using the set of assumptions that can be defined by mathematical, logical and symbolic links between the objects. The initial section describes in more detail the simulation notion and the types used. The main part describes the creation and development of the AnyLogic software package. Furthermore, through a couple of examples, the properties and the program application were described. In the final part, a simulation model of the real production system was developed and an analysis of the results was carried out with a proposal for improvement.
