Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je istražiti mogućnosti povećanja produktivnosti u proizvodnji obuće primjenom metoda vitkog menadžmenta. Riječ je o dvjema metodologijama, totalnom produktivnom održavanju i ukupnoj učinkovitosti opreme. Kroz uvodne cjeline ovog rada govori se o teoriji vitkog menadžmenta i detaljno se uz primjere, opisuju navedene metodologije. Nadalje, u radu se spominje konkretan problem jednog proizvodnog poduzeća u obućarskoj industriji. Uz pomoć prikupljenih podataka i provedenih analiza, uspostavlja se trenutno stanje proizvodnog procesa te se kroz implementaciju spomenutih metodologija vitkog menadžmenta i prijedloge poboljšanja, pokušava podići produktivnost stroja za brizganje plastične mase između gornjišta i đona cipele.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this master thesis is to explore the possibilities of increasing productivity in footwear production using lean management methods. Two methodologies that are mentioned in the paper are total productive maintenance and overall equipment efficiency. Throughout the introductory part of this paper, the theory of lean management is discussed, and the mentioned methodologies are described in detail with examples. Furthermore, the paper deals with the specific problem of a manufacturing company in the footwear industry. With the help of the collected data and the analysis carried out, the current state of the manufacturing process is established. Through the implementation of lean management methodologies and improvement proposals, productivity of the plastic injection molding machine is meant to increase.
