Abstract

Dohvatnik vozila za izvlačenje namijenjen je za raščišćavanje prometnica u slučaju prirodnih i tehničkih katastrofa. U ovom radu predviđeno je daljinsko upravljanje dohvatnika. Uz pomoć hidrauličkih cilindara omogućeni su vertikalni pomak dohvatnika te prihvat objekta raščišćavanja kliještima. Rotacija dohvatnika oko vertikalne osi odvija se pomoću elektromotora.

Rad započinje uvodnim razmatranjem o vrstama mobilnih dizalica za različite namjene i uvjete. Slijedi pregled tržišta i razrada vlastitih koncepcijskih rješenja te odabir opcije za daljnju konstrukcijsku razradu. U proračunu se provjeravaju kritični spojevi (nosiva konstrukcija dohvatnika, konstrukcija kliješta, osovine, zavari), elementi vođenja (ležajevi, zupčanik) te pogonski elementi (hidraulički cilindri, elektromotor). Konstrukcija modela je izrađena u programskom paketu CATIA V5R20 gdje su također napravljeni sklopni crteži cijelog modela, kraka kliješta te delta nosača kliješta.

Abstract (english)

Boom crane of a recovery vehicle is designed to clear the roads in case of natural and technical disasters. In this paper remote control of crane is provided. With the help of hydraulic cylinders, the vertical displacement of the grabber and the acceptance of the cleansing object are enabled. Rotation of the crane around the vertical axis is performed by an electric motor.

Paper begins with introductory consideration of the types of mobile cranes for different purposes and conditions. Below is a review of the market and the elaboration of its own conceptual solutions and the choice of option for for further structural development. Critical joints are checked in the calculation (structure of the crane, structure of the grabber, shafts, welds), steering elements (bearings, gears) and drive elements (hydraulic cylinders, electric motor). The design of the model is made in the CATIA V5R20 software package, where are also made drawing of the whole model, grabbers leg and grabbers delta construction.
