Abstract

U ovom radu opisana je uloga logističko distributivnog centra, te su na konkretnom primjeru opisani procesi istovara i zaprimanja robe u sustav skladišta distributivnog centra. Odrađeno je mapiranje procesa depozitnog skladišta Logističko-distributivnog centra poslovnog sustava „Konzum“ te je dan prikaz aktivnosti koje najviše utječu na vrijeme trajanja istovara i zaprimanja robe. Izmjerena su vremena trajanja procesa istovara i preuzimanja te je napravljena sustavna analiza značajki narudžbi robe koja ulazi u sustav u određenom vremenskom razdoblju. Cilj prikupljanja podataka i analize značajki narudžbe je dobivanje modela za predviđanje vremena trajanja procesa unutar depozitnog skladišta. Pomoću statističkih alata dobiveni su modeli linearne regresije za koje postoji signifikantna veza između ulaznih varijabli i vremena trajanja procesa.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes the role of a logistics distribution center, using a specific example in which the processes of unloading and take up are described within the logistic distribution center of a warehouse system. A process mapping for the warehouse of Logistics and Distribution Center of the company "Konzum" was created, giving an overview of the activities that most influenced the duration of the unloading and take up. The duration of the unloading and take up process was measured and a systematic analysis of ordering features of goods entering the system over a specific period of time was made. The purpose of data collecting and analysis of order features is to obtain a model for predicting the time duration of the process within the warehouse. Using statistical tools, linear regression models have been obtained for which there is a significant link between the input variables and the time duration of the process.
