Abstract

U radu je opisan razvoj i konstrukcija uređaja za rezanje ogrjevnog drveta. U uvodnom dijelu rada prikazan je tip trupaca koji je predviđen za rezanje uređajem ovog tipa. Također su istraženi patenti i postojeći uređaji prisutni na tržištu.
Nakon toga izrađena je funkcijska dekompozicija gdje su definirane osnovne funkcije uređaja te morfološka matrica u kojoj je za svaku funkciju ponuđeno tehničko rješenje. Na osnovu tehničkih rješenja iz morfološke matrice izrađena se 4 koncepta uređaja za rezanje ogrjevnog drveta. Koncepti su vrednovani na osnovu kriterija koji su proizašli iz analize tržišta i zahtjeva. Najbolje vrednovan koncept ucrtan je u morfološku matricu.
Na kraju je napravljen kontrolni proračun te su odabrane potrebne dimenzije strojnih dijelova i standardnih komponenata uređaja. Prema proračunu i standardnim dijelovima izrađen je računalni model te tehnička dokumentacija uređaja.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes the development and construction process of a firewood cutting device. In the introduction a list of appropriate logs for the device is defined. Furthermore, different existing patents and devices are explored. Subsequently, a functional decomposition is created, where different device functions are defined, as well a morphological matrix which offers techncial solutions for the particular device functions. Based on the technical solutions from the matrix, 4 different concept machines for log cutting are created. The concepts are evaluated based on the researched market analysis and needs. The most satisfactory concept is drawn into the matrix. Finally, a control calculation is created, and the standardized dimensions of the device elements are chosen. Based on the calculation and the standardized parts a CAD model and the technical documentation is created.
