Abstract

U ovom radu biti će opisani koncepti i metodologije industrijskog inženjerstva, te će se prikazati i njegov povijesni razvoj. Također, detaljnije će biti opisan procesni pristup unutar poduzeća i objasniti će se metode i alati koji mogu biti od velike koristi kada ih se implementira unutar neke organizacije. Sve te metode vode se pod metode „lean menadžmenta“, te služe za smanjenje troškova i rasipanja poput nepotrebnih kretanja, broja škart proizvoda i slično. Praktični dio ovog diplomskog rada obavljati će se unutar proizvodnog sustava poduzeća „Feroimpex automobilska tehnika d.o.o.“. Unutar praktičnog dijela koristiti će se neke do metoda objašnjenih u teoretskom dijelu rada. Implementacijom metoda 5S, SMED, kaizen i standardizacije riješiti će se eventualni problemi i greške, te će se poboljšati određeni segmenti unutar proizvodnog pogona. Navedene metode spojiti će se u cjelinu koja će predstavljati cjeloviti pristup namijenjen upravo za navedeno poduzeće, gdje će se i primijeniti. Cjeloviti pristup biti će izrađen na temelju promatrane situacije u proizvodnom sustavu, te će se implementirati na najbolji mogući način kako bi se ostvarili što bolji rezultati.

Abstract (english)

This thesis will be describing the concepts and methodologies of industrial engineering and will present the historical development. The approach of processing approach will be explained in more detail and will explain methods and tools that can be of great benefit to the organization. All these methods are considered to be part of “lean management”, which serve to reduce the expenses and waste such as unnecessary moves and number of shreds. The internship will be carried out within the production department in the company called “Feroimpex automobilska tehnika d.o.o.”. Some of the methods explained in the thesis paper will be as well performed. By implementing methods as 5S, SMED, Kaizen and standardization, any problems arose will be solved and certain segments within the manufacturing will be taken towards certain improvements. Before mentioned practices will be merged into a complex that will represent complete approach intended specifically for a certain company to be applied upon. The complete approach will be based on the researched situation in the production line system to be utilized in the best possible way for certain results.
