Abstract

U ovom radu izrađeno je projektno rješenje sustava grijanja, hlađenja i ventilacije uredske zgrade za klimatsku zonu grada Zagreba. Proveden je proračun projektnih toplinskih gubitaka prema algoritmu HRN EN 12831 i projektnog toplinskog opterećenja prema VDI 2078 putem računalnog programa IntegraCAD, čime je dobiven potrebni toplinski i rashladni učin instaliranog sustava grijanja i hlađenja.

U okviru zadatka provedena je usporedba 3 sustava grijanja: grijanja kotlom na prirodni plin, kotlom na biomasu i dizalicom topline tlo-voda kako bi se dobilo optimalno rješenje prema pogonskim i investicijskim troškovima. Pogonski troškovi tj. isporučena energija sustava grijanja proračunata je računalnim programom Ki Expert plus dok su investicijski troškovi dobiveni od proizvođača opreme sustava grijanja, tvrtki Viessman i Hoval.

U okviru projektnog rješenja odabrana je ugradnja sustava mehaničke ventilacije sa sustavom povrata topline koja služi za pokrivanje ventilacijskog higijenskog minimuma kako bi se održavala odgovarajuća kvaliteta zraka u prostoru.

Za režim hlađenja odabrana je ugradnja zrakom hlađenog rashladnika vode, a za zagrijavanje potrošne tople vode solarni sustav koji će imati podršku od sustava grijanja u vremenu kada ne može isporučiti dovoljnu količinu tople vode.

Rezultat provedene usporede sustava grijanja pokazao je da dizalica topline tlo-voda ima najmanje troškove pogona i najmanje gubitke topline u podsustavu proizvodnje, ali najveću cijenu investicije od ostalih promatranih sustava, kotao na prirodni plin ima najmanju cijenu investicije ali najveći iznos primarne energije, tako da je odabran kotao na biomasu kao optimalno rješenje zbog najmanjeg iznosa primarne energije, tj. korištenja obnovljivog izvora energije i prihvatljivog odnosa cijene pogona i cijene investicije.

Abstract (english)

With this thesis, a system for heating, refrigeration and ventilation was designed, for the purpose of installment in an office building, with climate data for the city of Zagreb.

Calculation of heat losses and cooling loads was made according to the standards HRN EN 12831 and VDI 2078 with software IntegraCAD, from which the heating and cooling outputs of the installed systems were chosen.

The purpose of this thesis was to choose from the 3 heating systems: natural gas boiler, biomass boiler, and ground source heat pump according to the optimal operating expenses and investment costs. Operating expenses were calculated in the software Ki Expert Plus while the investment costs were acquired from the manufacturers of heating systems, Viessman and Hoval.

A mechanical ventilation system with a recuperative heat exchanger was chosen for this project, to meet the ventilation hygienic minimum, and to keep the adequate quality of indoor air.

An air condensed water chiller was chosen for the cooling needs of the building, and a solar water heating system, for the purpose of heating domestic hot water with the assistance of the heating system.

The result of the comparison has shown that the ground source heat pump has the lowest operating expenses but major investment costs, the natural gas boiler has the lowest investment costs but the highest value of spent primary energy, so the biomass boiler was chosen as the optimal system because of its low value of spent primary energy and an acceptable operating expenses to investment costs ratio.
