Abstract

Trošenje je prisutno kod svih strojeva i uređaja. Ne postoji uređaj ili stroj kojem su neki dijelovi u potpunosti otporni na neki od mehanizama trošenja. U realnim radnim uvjetima to se svodi na smanjivanje trošenja na što manju veličinu. Danas su razvijene razne metode povećanja površinske otpornosti na razne mehanizme trošenja. Jedan od najpoznatijih i neizostavnih uređaja u današnjim kućanstvima je perilica rublja. Perilica rublja se sastoji od velikog broja dijelova koji moraju biti izuzetno usklađeni kako bi uređaj imao dugotrajan radni vijek. U teorijskom dijelu biti će opisana povijest razvoja perilice rublja, tribologija, konstrukcijski elementi koji prevladaju tijekom njenog radnog vijeka te materijali koji se upotrebljavaju prilikom izrade istih. U eksperimentalnom dijelu biti će ispitani ključni dijelovi potrebni za normalan rad perilice rublja. Provesti će se karakterizacija materijala, ispitati otpornost na dominantne mehanizme trošenja u radnoj okolini i mikrostruktura.

Abstract (english)

Wear is present at all machines and equipment. There isn’t any device or machine to which some parts are completely resistant to some of the mechanisms of wear. In real operating conditions that are tantamount to reducing wearing to the smallest size. Today are developed many methods to increase surface resistance to various mechanisms of wear. One of the most indispensable devices in modern households is washing machine. Washing machine consists of a large number of parts that have to be extremely consistent so that the device would have a longer service life. In theoretical part it will be described the history of the development of the washing machine, tribology, structural elements that prevail during its working lifetime and materials which are used while creating them. In the experimental part will be tested key components necessary for the normal operation of the washing machine. It is going to show throught characterization of materials, test of resistance to the dominant mechanisms of wear in the working environment and microstructure.
