Abstract

U ovom radu opisani su način i materijali ispuna zuba u stomatologiji. Razmatrane su dvije vrste ispuna: amalgam i akrilna smola. Također, opisane su i sile koje se ostvaruju između ispune i zuba. Uz pretpostavku cilindričnog oblika šupljine zuba, te zadanih vrijednosti (polumjer šupljine zuba r = 3mm, modul elastičnosti amalgama Eam = 27 GPa, modul elastičnosti akrilne smole Eas = 2,5 GPa, modul elastičnosti dentina Ed = 20 GPa, koeficijent toplinskog rastezanja amalgama αam = 25 ∙A=πr^2 10-6 K-1, koeficijent toplinskog rastezanja akrilne smole αas = 2,5 ∙ 10-6 K-1, koeficijent toplinskog rastezanja dentina αd = 11 ∙ 10-6 K-1, Poissonov faktor za amalgam i akrilnu smolu ν = 0,33) primjenom 3D modela izračunata je sila pritiska ispune na zub i to za obje vrste ispuna. U obzir je uzeta duljina šupljine zuba (h =1 do 5 mm) kao i promjena volumena ispune na mjestu zuba zbog promjene temperature 45˚C.

Abstract (english)

This article describes method and teeth filling materials in dentistry. Two types of fillings are discussed: amalgam and acrylic resin. Also, here are described forces between the filling and tooth. Assuming cylindrical tooth cavity and the default values: (cavity tooth radius r = 3 mm, elastic modulus of dental amalgam Eam = 27 GPa, elastic modulus of acrylic resin Eas = 2,5 GPa, elastic modulus of dentin Ed = 20 GPa, coefficient of thermal expansion for amalgam αam = 25 ∙A=πr^2 10-6 K-1, coefficient of thermal expansion for acrylic resin αas = 2,5 ∙ 10-6 K-1, coefficient of thermal expansion for dentin αd = 11 ∙ 10-6 K-1, Poisson's ratio for amalgam and acrylic resin ν = 0,33) using the 3D model, the force of pressure on the tooth and filling is calculated for both types of filling. They consider the tooth cavity lenght (h = 1-5 mm) as well as the tooth fill volume change, due to the change of temperature of 45˚C.
