Abstract
Ovaj rad objašnjava načine primjene simulacijskog softvera u industrijskim sustavima i koristima koje proizlaze iz simulacijskih tehnologija. U prvom dijelu rada objašnjene su teorijske osnove simulacija i sustava. U teorijskom pregledu stavljen je naglasak na korake provođenja simulacije i analizu simulacijskog istraživanja realnih sustava. Opisani su i jedni od najčešće korištenih alata za provođenje simulacija s posebnim naglaskom na softverski alat koji će biti korišten u analizi sustava u ovom radu. U daljnjem dijelu rada opisano je poduzeće C-pakiranje gdje je opisan cjelokupni proizvodni sustav. Opisani su strojevi i radna mjesta, s potrebnim osobljem i artiklima koji se proizvode u poduzeću. Nakon opisa sustava, provedena je simulacija postojećeg proizvodnog sustava uz analizu rezultata, te su predložena moguća poboljšanja sustava i izvršila se simulacija i analiza rezultata poboljšanog sustava.
Abstract (english)
This thesis explains the ways of application of the simulation software in industrial systems and benefits of the simulation technologies. In introduction part is given the theoretical explanation of simulation and system. In theoretical overview are explained simulation steps and simulation study of real systems. In this part are also described most used simulation softwares and in more detail, the software that is used in this thesys. In further part is described C-Packaging, with description of entire production system. Machines and work places are described, including neccesary staff and products being made in the factory. After that the simulation of described production system is made and analysed. According to analysis there are given possible improvements and optimizations also included with simulation analysis.
