Abstract
U ovom radu opisan je postupak odabira novog alatnog stroja primjenom analitičkog hijerarhijskog procesa (AHP metode) na temelju kojeg radi korišteni program Expert Choice. Opisan je postupak i matematički model analitičkog hijerarhijskog procesa te su navedeni njegovi prednosti i nedostaci. Odabiru alatnog stroja pristupa se kao ozbiljnom investicijskom poduhvatu za poduzeće te se razmatraju i mogućnosti kupnje rabljenih strojeva te gradnje vlastitih strojeva.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes machine tool selection process using the Analitic Hierarchy Process (AHP method) implemented in Expert Choice software. The procedure and mathematical model of AHP method is also described with its advantages and disadvantages. Machine tool selection is understood as serious investment for companies. Purchase of used machinery or building of own is also considered, described with its advantages and disadvantages.
