Abstract
U ovom radu opisan je pojam simulacije, navedena su područja primjene simulacije i koncept izrade simulacijskog modela. Opisani su svrha korištenja simulacije kod proizvodnih sustava, izrada simulacijskog modela, značajke vezane uz pokretanje simulacije te analiza rezultata dobivenih simulacijom. Dan je pregled simulacijskih softvera koji se najčešće koriste. Napravljen je simulacijski model procesa proizvodnje kabela. Simulacijski model rađen je u softverskom paketu Technomatix Plant Simulation 11. Simulacija je provedena za pet različitih varijanti procesa ovisno o odnosu broja serija i broja narudžbi, pri čemu se na temelju rezultata simulacije razmatrala opterećenost strojeva.
Abstract (english)
This work describes a definition, application areas of simulation and concept of simulation model creation. Purpose of manufacturing system simulation, creation of simulation model, features of simulation run and simulation results analysis are also given. An overview of most common simulation software packages is specified. Simulation model of manufacturing process in cable factory was built in Technomatix Plant Simulation 11 software package. The simulation was run five times depending on the relation between the number of batches and number of orders, and the machine utilization was considered.
