Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je “Konstrukcijsko rješenje preinake hidrauličke preše“. Tema je obrađena kroz niz poglavlja od analize postojećih rješenja do konstrukcijske razrade i tehničke dokumentacije. Pomoću funkcijske strukture i morfološke matrice generirana su konceptualna rješenja, a s najboljim rješenjem se krenulo u konstrukcijsku razradu. Konstrukcijska razrada sastoji se od mjerenja i modeliranja postojećeg stanja stroja, kinematske analize, proračuna i dimenzioniranja novih dijelova. Za razrađen koncept je napravljen računalni 3 D model i tehnička dokumentacija.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this bachelor thesis is "Design solution for hydraulic press adaptation." The topic is treated through a series of chapters from the analysis of existing solutions to the design development and technical documentation. Conncepts were made using function brekdown strusture and morphological chart. The best concept was used for desining the model. Design development consists of measurements and modelling of the existing state machine, kinematic analysis, calculation and design of new parts. For elaborated concept is 3D computer model is created and technical documentation as well.
