Abstract
U potrazi za ostvarenjem poslovnih ciljeva poduzeća se sve više oslanjaju na identifikacijske i komunikacijske tehnologije. Informacijske i komunikacijske tehnologije se sve više usavršavaju te su tako postale oslonac za poslovne procese poglavito logistiku. U ovome radu je detaljnije opisana upotreba identifikacijskih tehnologija a poglavito RFID-a (radio frekvencijske identifikacije) u automobilskoj industriji. Upoznat ćemo se s upotrebom RFID-a prema u različitim dijelovima automobilske industrije i to od same proizvodnje preko prodaje do postprodaje. Upoznat ćemo se s izgledom elemenata sustava te praktičnim primjerima iz svjetskoga gospodarstva. Danas su sustavi identifikacije i komunikacije sastavni dio poslovanja većine poslovnih subjekata pa tako i onih koji se bave automobilskom industrijom.
