Abstract

Prvi dio diplomskog rada sastoji se od teorijskog dijela u kojem se obrađuju metode mokrog i suhog podvodnog zavarivanja koje se u današnje vrijeme koriste u popravcima i konstrukciji podvodnih objekata, dok je u drugome dijelu opisana tehnologija zavarivanja na dubini od 300 m.U teorijskom dijelu obrađeno je mokro podvodno zavarivanje i metode suhog podvodnog zavarivanja. Posebna pažnja dana je postupcima podvodnog suhog i ''polusuhog'' podvodnog zavarivanja, njihovim primjenama te problematikom s kojom se pojedina metoda susreće u praksi.U drugome dijelu rada propisana je tehnologija zavarivanja cjevovoda od čelika API 5L X70 na dubini od 300 m, koristeći metodu podvodnog suhog hiperbaričkog zavarivanja u habitatu. Kao smjernica za propisivanje tehnologije uzeto je spajanje dva segmenta norveškog Langeled cjevovoda.

Abstract (english)

First part of the graduation thesis consists of a theoretical part which discusses the methods of wet and dry underwater welding, which are nowadays used in repairs and construction of underwater objects, while second part of the thesis describes welding technology at a depth of 300 m. Theoretical part deals with the methods of underwater welding: wet underwater welding and dry underwater welding. Special attention is paid to the methods of the underwater dry and underwater ''semi-dry'' welding, their applications and issues with which every individual method deals in daily practise. In the second part of the graduation thesis, welding technology and procedures are prescribed for welding of the underwater pipeline which is made of API 5L X70 steel and layed on the sea floor at the depth of 300 m. Method that is used was underwater dry hyperbaric welding in habitat. Guideline used for the second part of the thesis was underwater hyperbaric dry tie-in welding of two sections of the biggest underwater pipeline in the world at the moment, 1200 km long Langeled pipeline, which connects Norway and UK.
