Abstract
U okviru diplomskog rada prikazan je detaljan postupak izrade noževa za strojno rezanje mesa, te samo poboljšanje postupka segmentnog brušenja mijenjajući parametre obrade radi postizanja što veće točnosti i kvalitete brušene površine. U radu su objašnjeni svi postupci potrebni za dobivanje gotovog proizvoda, od samog odrezivanja sirovca do segmentnog brušenja svih površina noža za strojno rezanje mesa, te zadnjeg postupka glodanja utora za vijak. Eksperimentalni dio rada će se sastojati od četiri različita eksperimenta u kojima će se za postupak segmentnog brušenja istražiti utjecajni parametri na proces. Kao utjecajni parametri na postupak segmentnog brušenja noževa, literaturno i iskustveno su odabrani: broj izbrušavanja, vrijednost posmične brzine brušenja, posmak dijamanta kod obrade rezne površine segmentnih bruseva i kut nagiba brusne glave. Očekuje se da će istraživanje pokazati kako poboljšati proces segmentnog brušenja u kvalitativnom i kvantitativnom pogledu
