Abstract

U radu je analiziran potencijal mjera energetske obnove na primjeru zgrade Ministarstva kulture u Zagrebu koja se ubraja pod zaštićena kulturna dobra zbog čega je potrebno očuvati izgled vanjske ovojnice. Analizirane mjere u okviru ovog rada su zamjena vanjske stolarije (dodavanje novih prozora s unutarnje strane bez uklanjanja postojećih) te zamjena plinskog kotla dizalicom topline zrak-voda. Godišnja potrebna energija za grijanje/hlađenje dobivena je provođenjem dinamičkih simulacija u računalnom programu TRNSYS, dok je isporučena energija dobivena na temelju procijenjenih učinkovitosti sustava grijanja i hlađenja. Postojeće stanje zgrade predstavljalo je referentno stanje za procjenu energetskog i financijskog učinka analiziranih mjera obnove. Analizom je utvrđeno da se zamjenom postojećih prozora (uz zadržavanje plinskog kotla kao izvora topline) ostvaruje smanjenje isporučene energije od 4% za grijanje, te 5% za hlađenje. Period povrata investicije za ovaj slučaj iznosi 184 godine. Druga analizirana mjera, odnosno zamjena plinskog kotla s dizalicom topline zrak-voda rezultira značajnim smanjenjem isporučene energije na godišnjoj razini u iznosu od 70%, a period povrata investicije iznosi 15 godina.

Abstract (english)

This paper analyzes the potential of energy renovation measures using the example of the Ministry of Culture building in Zagreb, which has a cultural heritage status. Therefore, it is necessary to preserve the building’s exterior. The measures analyzed in this paper include the replacement of external windows (by installing new windows on the inside without removing the existing ones) and the replacement of the gas boiler with an air-to-water heat pump. Annual heating and cooling energy needs were determined through dynamic simulations using the TRNSYS computer program, while the delivered energy was calculated based on the estimated efficiency of heating and cooling systems. The existing state of the building served as a reference for assessing the energy and financial impacts of the analyzed renovation measures. By renewing the building envelope with new windows (while retaining the gas boiler as a heat source), the annual delivered energy for heating is reduced by 4% and for cooling by 5%. The return on investment in this case is 184 years. The second measure analyzed, which involves replacing the gas boiler with an air-to-water heat pump, leads to a significant reduction in delivered energy of 70%, with a return on investment of 15 years.
