Abstract

Kondenzatori su izmjenjivači topline, koji se koriste za promjenu agregatnog stanja iz plina u tekućinu. Koriste se za izbacivanje viška topline, te su zbog toga ključne komponente u svim kružnim procesima. U desnokretnim procesima, razina kondenzata je, u pravilu, aktivno regulirana, za razliku od manjih ljevokretnih procesa u kojima se sama održava.
U radu je izveden detaljan matematički model termo – hidrauličkih procesa u kondenzatoru ljevokretnog procesa izvedbe cijev u plaštu. Model je implementiran u Matlab/Simulink okruženju, te su napravljene simulacije rada pri normalnim uvjetima i pri uvjetima ekstremne napunjenosti sustava.
U završnom dijelu analizirani su rezultati simulacija i dobiveni su podaci o tome kako promjena razine kondenzata utječe na ostale parametre rada sustava u normalnim i rubnim uvjetima.

Abstract (english)

Condensers are heat exchangers which are used for changing the aggregate state from vapor to liquid. They are used in cooling cycles because they can exchange more heat while changing the aggregate state and in thermodynamic cycles for removing the excess heat. Thermodynamic cycles with vapor have systems for regulating the hight of the condensate, while in cooling cycles, the hight of the condensate is self regulating.
In this paper, a detailed mathematical model of thermo-hydraulic processes in shell&Tube condenser of a cooling cycle was developed. The model was implemented in a Matlab/Simulink environment, and simulations of operation under normal conditions and under system overload conditions were made.
In the final part, the results of the simulations were analyzed, and data was obtained on how the change in the condensate level affects the other parameters of the system's operation in normal and marginal conditions.
