Abstract

U ovom završnom radu provedena je detaljna analiza MES sustava, načina korištenja ovih sustava i načina implementacije ovih sustava. U uvodnom djelu završnog rada bilo je govora o razvoju samih MES sustav kroz njihovu povijest i primjeni ovih sustava. Kada je razrađena primjena ovih sustava prelazi se na svojevrsni vodič kako odabrati MES sustav koji korisniku najbolje odgovara, a uz to objasnile su se razni izazovi kod implementacije MES sustave jednako kao i prednosti implementacije MES sustava. Nakon toga, prelazi se na analizu konkretnog MES sustava i načina na koji ovi sustavi rade u stvarnosti. MES sustav koji se analizirao zove se PAUK MES i proizvod je poduzeća Vanado. Kroz analizu ovog sustava prikazan je životni ciklus proizvoda kroz ovakav sustav jednako kao i način implementacije MES sustava na primjeru dva stvarna poduzeća. Poduzeća koja su se analizirala su Letina-VEM i Izvor-KA. Na samom kraju rada analizirani su ključni pokazatelji uspješnosti rada MES sustava i prikazan je rast u razini poslovanja uzrokovan implementacijom MES sustava.

Abstract (english)

In this thesis, a detailed analysis of MES systems, their usage, and implementation methods was conducted. The introductory part of the thesis discusses the development of MES systems through their history and application. Once the application of these systems is elaborated, a guide on how to choose the MES system that best suits the user is presented, along with an explanation of various challenges and advantages of MES system implementation. Following this, the thesis moves on to the analysis of a specific MES system and how these systems work in reality. The MES system analyzed is called PAUK MES, a product of the company Vanado. Through the analysis of this system, the product lifecycle is shown, as well as the implementation process of the MES system using examples from two real companies. The companies analyzed are Letina-VEM and Izvor-KA. At the very end of the thesis, key performance indicators of MES system operation are analyzed, and the growth in business level caused by the implementation of MES systems is presented.
