Abstract

Kako bi se smanjio efekt staklenika i globalno zatopljenje, potrebno je smanjiti emisiju stakleničkih plinova. Smanjenje emisija vozila provodi se korištenjem vozila smanjene ili nulte emisije i tako se smanjuje zagađenje i poboljšava kvaliteta zraka. U ovom radu napravljena je analiza tržišta dostavnih vozila nultih emisija sa određenim zahtjevima kao što je niskopodnost. Za određene funkcije vozila i za smještaj i izvedbu pojedinih komponenata napravljeno je nekoliko koncepata. Odabran je po jedan koncept svake komponente te je u konačnici osmišljen koncept koji je dalje konstrukcijski razrađen. Prikazan je 3D model nadogradnje na šasiju električnog minibusa s električnim pogonom. Na kraju je napravljen proračun osovinskog opterećenja. Izrađen je dispozicijski crtež vozila. Koncept vozila odgovara vozilima N2 kategorije. Vozilo je izvedeno kao niskopodno, služi za prijevoz pet paleta u teretnom prostoru te ima rashladni prostor za prijevoz temperaturno osjetljivog tereta.

Abstract (english)

In order to reduce the greenhouse effect and global warming, it is necessary to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases. The reduction of vehicle emissions is carried out using vehicles with reduced or zero emissions, thus reducing pollution and improving air quality. In this paper, a market analysis of zero-emission delivery vehicles with certain requirements, such as low-floor, was made. Several concepts were created for specific functions of the vehicle and for the location and performance of individual components. One concept for each component was selected and ultimately a concept was created that was further elaborated structurally. A 3D model of the delivery vehicle superstructure mounted to the chassis of an electric minibus with an electric drive is presented. Finally, the axle load calculation was made. A layout drawing of the vehicle is shown at the end. The vehicle concept corresponds to N2 category vehicles. The vehicle is designed as a low-floor vehicle, it is used for the transport of five pallets in the cargo area and has a cooling area for the transport of temperature-sensitive cargo.
