Abstract

Završni rad prikazuje konstrukciju vertikalnog cijevnog uparivača s padajućim filmom za potrebe u proizvodnji šećera. Uređaj je izveden kao jednostupanjski sa termokompresijom supare putem ejektora. Analizirana je potrošnja energije i potrebna ogrjevna površina uparivača. U radu je prikazan negativan utjecaj pucanja filma i taloženja unutar cijevi na efikasnost uređaja te je predloženo rješenje za ostvarivanje stabilnog filma na način da se dio otopine recirkulira. Proveden je termodinamički proračun i proračun čvrstoće za uređaj. Rad sadrži sklopni crtež s pripadajućim radioničkim crtežima te shemu spajanja i regulacije.

Abstract (english)

The final thesis presents the design of a vertical falling film evaporator for sugar production industry. The device is designed as a single stage with thermal vapour recompression. Energy consumption and required heating surface of the evaporator were analyzed. The paper shows the negative impact of film breakdown and fouling inside the tubes on the efficiency of the device, and a solution for achieving a stable film by recirculating the product is proposed. A thermodynamic and strength calculation for the device were carried out. The work contains an assembly drawing with associated workshop drawings and an instrumentation diagram.
