Abstract

U ovom radu opisan je postupak projektiranja upravljačkog sustava automatiziranog regalnog skladišta. Opisani su glavni dijelovi sustava, uvedene su nadogradnje i nove funkcionalnosti u njegovom radu. Prikazane su i opisane komponente novog upravljačkog sustava. Upravljački sustav temeljen je na programabilnom logičkom kontroleru Siemens S7-1214C i varijabilnom frekvencijskom pretvaraču Mitsubishi FR-E840. Napisan je PLC upravljački program korištenjem softverskog paketa za programiranje kontrolera proizvođača Siemens, TIA Portal V17. Prikazan je proces izrade PLC upravljačkog programa te je objašnjeno na koji način on radi. Korištenjem softverskog alata za upravljanje varijabilnim frekvencijskim pretvaračima proizvođača Mitsubishi Electric, FR Configurator 2, parametrirani su prigoni horizontalne i vertikalne osi. Prikazan je postupak parametriranja svjetlosne zavjese i prigona obiju osi. Na kraju, sustav je temeljito testiran te su dani zaključci rada.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes the process of designing the control system for an automated rack storage system. The main components of the system, introduced upgrades, and the improvements of the processes involved in its operation are outlined. The components of the new control system are presented and described. The control system is based on the Siemens S7-1214C programmable logic controller and the Mitsubishi FR-E840 variable frequency drive. A PLC control program has been written using the Siemens controller programming software, TIA Portal V17. The process of creating the PLC control program is shown, along with an explanation of how it works. Using the Mitsubishi Electric variable frequency drive management software tool, FR Configurator 2, the drives for the horizontal and vertical axes are parameterized. The proces of parameterizing the light curtain and both drives is presented. At the end of the paper, the thorough testing process of the system is shown and conclusions are provided.
