Abstract

U radu je opisan i konstruiran filmski uparivač jabučnog soka. Uparivač je izveden kao dvostupanjski s jednakim površinama prvog i drugog stupnja. Odabrana je optimalna međukoncentracija suhe tvari u otopini između prvog i drugog stupnja prema analizi utroška toplinskog učina te ulazne i izlazne temperature soka. Napravljen je termodinamički proračun svih elemenata, dimenzioniranje uređaja te je proveden proračun čvrstoće. U radu su prikazani radionički crteži dijelova uparivača, sklopni crtež te je prikazana i shema cijelog sustava sa prikazom smjera strujanja, masenim protocima i temperaturama.

Abstract (english)

The paper describes and constructs a film evaporator of apple juice. The evaporator is designed
as two-stage with equal surfaces of the first and second stage. The optimum mid concentration
of dry matter in the solution between the first and second stage was selected according to the
analysis of the heat effect consumption and the inlet and outlet temperature of the juice.
Thermodynamic calculation of all elements, sizing of the device and strength calculation were
performed. The paper presents workshop drawings of evaporator parts, assembly drawing and
a diagram of the entire system with the flow direction, mass flows and temperatures.
