Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu prikazan je postupak izrade mosnog granika smanjene visine konstrukcije. Najprije je bilo potrebno napraviti pregled tržišta i analizu postojećih proizvoda, a zatim napraviti konceptualna rješenja. Nakon evaluacije koncepata i inicijalnog zaključka kako postoje gotovi poluproizvodi od kojih bi se mogli izrađivati dijelovi koji spadaju u nosivu konstrukciju bilo je potrebno odrediti prijenosi omjer koji nije zadan u zadatku. Putem orijentacijskog proračuna došlo se do zaključka kako je za izradu mosnog granika smanjene visine konstrukcije najbolje ići sa što manjim prijenosnim omjerom, a ključan podatak za donošenje takve odluke bila je spoznaja o minimalnoj udaljenosti sklopa kuke od sklopa bubnja, kako uže koje se namata na bubanj ne bi ispalo iz žljeba prilikom korištenja uređaja. Nakon toga pristupilo se proračunu svih ključnih dijelova mosnog granika. Na kraju je izrađena potrebna tehnička dokumentacija u programskom paketu SolidWorks.

Abstract (english)

In this diploma thesis, the procedure of making a bridge crane with reduced height is presented. It was first necessary to make a market overview and analysis of existing products, and then to develop conceptual solutions. After evaluating the concepts and the initial conclusion that there are finished semi-finished products from which parts that belong to the load-bearing structure could be made, it was necessary to determine the transfers of all those who are not given in the task. Through the orientation calculation, it was concluded that it is best to make the bridge crane with reduced height with the smallest possible transmission measures, and the key data for making such a decision was the knowledge of the minimum distance of the hook assembly from the drum assembly it would not fall out of the groove when using the device. After that, the calculation of all key parts of the bridge crane was approached. Finally, the necessary technical documentation was created in the SolidWorks software package.
