Abstract

U konceptualnoj fazi razvoja proizvoda potrebno je evaluirati više različitih koncepcijskih rješenja, na temelju različitih kriterija, kako bi se odredilo ono najbolje. Vrlo rijetko se kao kriterij pri odabiru koristi ekološka prihvatljivost koja zadnjih godina postaje ne samo trend, već i uvjet izlaska proizvoda na tržište kroz zadovoljavanje brojnih standarda i regulativa. U okviru ovog rada pregledana je znanstvena literatura iz područja vrednovanja ekološke prihvatljivosti. Mali broj metoda primjenjiv je u konceptualnoj fazi zbog nedostupnosti podataka o cijelom životnom ciklusu proizvoda. Iako je broj primjenjivih metoda vrlo ograničen, odabrane su četiri metode koje se mogu primijeniti u konceptualnoj fazi, dan je njihov detaljan opis te su provedene na konceptima uređaja za aditivnu proizvodnju (3D printerima). Uspoređeni su dobiveni rezultati te je dan osvrt na prednosti i nedostatke svake metode.

Abstract (english)

In the conceptual phase of product development, it is necessary to evaluate several different conceptual solutions, taking into account various criteria, in order to decide on the best one. Ecological impact, which is rarely used as a selection criterion, has become not only a trend in the recent years, but a requirement to enter the market through meeting numerous standards and regulations. A literature review of eco-evaluation methods is conducted in this paper. Very few methods are applicable in the conceptual phase due to the unavailability of data on the entire product life cycle. Although the number of applicable methods is very limited, four methods are selected that can be applied in the conceptual phase, described in detail and carried out on concepts of additive manufacturing devices (3D printers). The obtained results are compared and a review of the advantages and disadvantages of each method is given.
