Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada bio je izraditi modele gornje desne polovine čeljusti s pripadajućim jednokorijenskim zubima prije i nakon ortodontske terapije na temelju CBCT snimki pacijenta. Analitički su određeni pomaci svakog zuba prije i nakon terapije, kao i zakret zuba. Završni rad je sastavljen od dva dijela. Prvi dio je teoretski u kojem su obrađeni osnovni pojmovi kao što su: osnovni dijelovi zuba, njihova građa, potporne strukture te zubne anomalije koje se mogu pojaviti. U drugom dijelu prikazano je modeliranje jednokorijenskih zubi uz mjerenje i izračunavanje ortodontskih pomaka i kutova zakreta.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper was to make models of the upper righ half of the jaw with the correspoding single-rooted teeth before and after orthodontic therapy. Models should be made using the CBCT scans of the patient. The displacements of each tooth before and after therapy, as well as the rotation of the tooth were determined analytically. The first part of the paper is theoretical, which deals with basic concepts such as : basic parts of the teeth, their structure, supporting structures and dental anomalies that may occur. The second part of this paper presents modeling of single-rooted teeth with the measurement and calculation of orthodontic displacements and angels of rotation.
