Abstract
U ovom radu su prikazane metode i tehnologije na kojima se temelji Industrija 4.0. Pomoću digitalizacije moguće je dosad neviđeno poboljšavanje i olakšanje proizvodnih procesa. Detaljno su objašnjene nove, digitalizirane metode poboljšanja. Učinkovitost i svestranost metoda digitalnog Leana su primijenjene i dokazane pri strojnoj obradi u poduzeću OMV-INDOIL d.o.o.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents the methods and technologies on which Industry 4.0 is based. With the help of digitalization, unprecedented improvement and facilitation of production processes is possible. New, digitized methods of improvement are explained in detail. The efficiency and versatility of digital Lean methods have been applied and proven in machining at OMV-INDOIL d.o.o. company.
