Abstract

U ovom radu opisani su materijali iz skupine kermeta s naglaskom na tvrde metale. Istaknuta
su iznimno dobra fizikalna svojstva tvrdog metala zbog kojih se široko primjenjuju u
industriji reznih alata. Navedene su i razne vrste prevlaka zbog kojih tvrdi metali dobivaju
veću otpornost na adheziju i abraziju. U eksperimentalnom dijelu ispitivana je adhezijska
otpornost prevučenih tvrdih metala. Ispitivanja adhezijske otpornosti provedena su na tri
uzorka: s 5% kobalta (WC- 5Co) prevučen sa TiBN prevlakom, 10% kobalta (WC- 10Co)
prevučen sa TiN prevlakom i 15% kobalta (WC- 15Co) prevučen sa TiCN prevlakom,
metodom prizma po prstenu (engl. ,,block on ring“) sukladno normi ASTM G77. Kao
protupar koristio se čelični prsten za ležajeve oznake 100Cr6.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes materials from the group of hardmetals. The extremely good physical
properties of hardmetal have been demonstrated and are widely used in the cutting tools
industry. Various types of coatings are also mentioned which make the hardmetals more
resistant to adhesion and abrasion. In the experimental part, the adhesion resistance of coated
hardmetals was investigated. Adhesion tests were performed on three samples: with 5%
cobalt (WC-5Co) coated with TiBN coating, 10% cobalt (WC-10Co) coated with TiN coating
and 15% cobalt (WC-15Co) coated with TiCN coating, by the method a block on ring
computer-assisted ASTM G77. As a second element of tribosystem, a 100Cr6 bearing steel
ring was used.
