Abstract

Logističko distributivni centar je sustav koji u fizičkom i organizacijskom smislu predstavlja vezu između proizvodnje odnosno dobavljača i tržišta odnosno potrošača. Njegov osnovni dioje skladište u kojemu su prisutni različiti procesi. Naglasak u radu je na procesima istovara i zaprimanja robe unutar distributivnog skladišta. Na konkretnom primjeru skladišta je odrađeno mapiranje procesa te su prikazane aktivnosti koje najviše utječu na vrijeme trajanja procesa unutar skladišta. Statističkom analizom, na temelju prikupljenih podataka dobiven je model koji opisuje vremena istovara i zaprimanja robe u skladište. Primjenom simulacijskog sustava Plant Simulation kreirana je računalna simulacija procesa koji se odvijaju unutar depozitnog skladišta. Provedena je usporedba rezultata dobivenih mjerenjem, statističkom analizom te simulacijom.

Abstract (english)

The logistic distribution center is a system that in both physical and organizational way represents the link between production centres and the suppliers with the market and final consumers. Basic part of every logistic distribution center is the warehouse. The emphasis in this thesis was on the processes of unloading and receiving products within the distribution warehouse. Mapping of the processes was done on a real example and activities which are influencing the time within a process are shown. The model which defines the times of unloading and receiving products in a warehouse was obtained by statistical analysis. Computer simulation of the processes inside the deposit warehouse was performed by an application Plant Simulation. Comparison of results obtained by measurement, statistical analysis and computer simulation was performed.
