Abstract

Uklapanje prosumera u većem obujmu u elektroenergetski sustav tema je koja se u svjetskim okvirima intenzivirala u proteklih 10-ak godina. Predvodnik u tome je Europska unija koja svojim inicijativama i direktivama nastoji potaknuti tranziciju na novi sustav u kojem će, na jedinstvenom europskom energetskom tržištu, važnu ulogu imati potrošači s vlastitom proizvodnjom. Cilj ovog rada analiza je tehno-ekonomskih mogućnosti uklapanja različitih kombinacija tehnologija baziranih na obnovljivim izvorima energije za proizvodnju toplinske i električne energije u današnji energetski sustav. Važan naglasak stavljen je na mogućnost izmjene električne energije s tržištem čime se ispunjava definicija prosumera. U prvome dijelu rada daje se kratki uvid u moguće izglede pametnih mreža budućnosti te zakonodavne okvire na razini Europske unije i Republike Hrvatske. Nakon toga, opisan je način prikupljanja podataka korištenih u ovome radu kao i računalnih alata koji su korišteni. Kao primjer naselja čije potrebe treba zadovoljiti, uzeto je zagrebačko naselje Trnsko, smješteno u južnom dijelu grada. Prikupljeni su podatci o broju stanovnika, toplinskim i električnim potrebama, dostupnim krovnim površinama i meteorološki podatci na temelju kojih su modelirane proizvodne jedinice. U nastavku rada, definirane su kombinacije proizvodnih tehnologija za svaki scenarij te su prikazani dobiveni rezultati, na temelju kojih će se donijeti zaključak.

Abstract (english)

Integration of a large number of prosumers into the power system draws high interest in the world in the last 10 years. The leader of this initiative is the European Union, which seeks to promote the transition to a new system, one single European energy market, where prosumers would have an important role. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the technical and economic possibilities of three different scenarios. Each of the scenarios contain unique combination of renewable sources based energy conversion technologies for production of heat and electricity. Emphasis was put on the ability of subjects to exchange electricity on the energy market, thus fulfilling the definition of prosumers. The first part gives a brief insight into the possible designs of future smart networks and legislative framework at the level of the European Union and the Republic of Croatia. Then, the method of data collecting in this thesis is presented and computer tools used are described. The calculation in this paper is made for the Trnsko neighbourhood in the city of Zagreb, located in the southern part of the city. Population data, heating and electricity needs, available roof surfaces and meteorological data are used to make a computer model of the neighbourhood. In the last two chapters the results of calculations are presented and a conclusion based on the results is made.
