Abstract

U ovom završnom radu prikazat će se tok materijala i cijeli skladišni sustav srednje velikog poduzeća Okiroto d.o.o. Na primjeru ovog poduzeća objasnit će se važnost logistike u poslovanju te detaljno opisati svi logistički procesi. Logistički procesi u poduzeću opisat će se praćenjem toka materijala od narudžbe sirovine i njenog dolaska u poduzeće, preko izrade proizvoda, njihovog skladištenja i daljnje distribucije. Nakon detaljnog opisa skladišnog sustava, svih njegovih komponenti i skladišnih aktivnosti u radu je opisano nekoliko prijedloga za unaprjeđenje skladišnog sustava kako bi se smanjili troškovi i povećala uspješnost poslovanja.

Abstract (english)

The main aim of this paper is to show the material flow and the entire storage system of the medium-sized enterprise Okiroto d.o.o. While using this company as an example, the importance of logistics in business operations and detailed review of all logistic processes are illustrated. Furthermore, logistic processes in the company are described by tracking material flow from raw material ordering and its arrival into the company to product design, storage and further distribution. After a detailed description of the storage system and all of its components and warehouse activities, proposals for improvement of the storage system are given in order to reduce costs and increase business performance.
