Abstract

U diplomskom radu je proračunato i konstruirano ultrafiltracijsko postrojenje za obradu sirove jezerske vode kapaciteta 250 L/s. Predloženo tehnološko rješenje omogućuje uspješno uklanjanje suspendiranih i organskih tvari iz sirove jezerske vode, a obrađena voda zadovoljava kriterije za daljnju obradu ionskim izmjenjivačima. Prilikom izbora tehnologije vodilo se računa o zahtjevima na kvalitetu obrađene vode, ekonomskoj prihvatljivosti kao i uštedi prostora za smještaj postrojenja. U radu je prikazan osnovni proračun ultrafiltracijskog postrojenja s prikazom utroška energije i potrebnih kemikalija. U prilogu su dani sljedeći crteži:
- tehnološka shema postrojenja s posudama, armaturom i opremom za automatski rad,
- prikaz smještaja postrojenja.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this graduate thesis was to design a lake water treatment plant with a capacity of 250 L/h. The proposed technology ensures successful removal of suspended solids and organic substances from the raw lake water in a way that can satisfy the conditions for its use as inlet water for the ion exchange plant. Requirements for treated water quality, costeffectiveness and space-saving design were taking into account in the selection of technology. The thesis presents basic ultrafiltration treatment plant calculations along with the consumption of chemicals and energy. The following drawings are enclosed:
- Process flow diagram,
- Disposition of equipment (positioning inside building, access for operation, maintenance and cleaning).
