Abstract

U ovom radu opisana je povijest postupka taložnog očvršćivanja (FDM) i njegove karakteristike. Opisani su različiti polimerni materijali koji se upotrebljavaju u proizvodnji proizvoda pomoću postupka FDM, kao i područje njihove primjene. U nastavku je objašnjen postupak 3D izrade proizvoda s pokretnim elementima. Navedena su ograničenja, odnosno pravila koja se moraju poštivati da bi se postigao funkcionalni proizvod.

U praktičnom radu provedena je analiza mogućnosti izrade tvorevina od više dijelova u jednom ciklusu bez potrebe za dodatnom montažom. Za te mogućnosti ispitala se je kolika je minimalna i maksimalna tolerancija između pokretnih dijelova koji se izrađuju taložnim očvršćivanjem. Za zračni prostor upotrjebljen je kao potporna struktura između pokretnih dijelova topivi materijal. To sve je ispitano na dva sklopa proizvoda.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes the history of the Fused Deposition Modeling – FDM, and its characteristics. Also, there are described the different materials used for the products made by FDM, as well as areas of their application. The following part of this paper explains the process of making 3D products with movable elements. It is listed restrictions, or rules that must be respected in order to achieve a functional product.

In practice, an analysis of the possibilities of making creation of multiple parts in a single cycle without the need for additional assembly. To examine this possibility it is tested the minimum and maximum tolerances between the moving parts that are made with FDM. Air space was used as a support structure between the moving parts of the soluble material. This all has been tested on two sets of products.
