Abstract

Rehabilitacijske ustanove su javne ustanove u kojima osim zaposlenika određeni dio vremena provode djeca, invalidi te osobe sa posebnim potrebama. Stoga se u takvim ustanovama zahtijevaju visoki kriteriji toplinske ugodnosti. Ispunjavanje kriterija toplinske ugodnosti je u uskoj vezi sa raspoloženjem i zdravljem korisnika. Iz tog je razloga od velike važnosti odabrati odgovarajući sustav te ga ispravno dimenzionirati. Neki od zahtjeva toplinske ugodnosti koje sustav mora ispunjavati su temperatura i vlažnost zraka u prostoriji, brzina istrujavanja zraka, čistoća zraka. Sustav također mora biti isplativ sa ekonomskog gledišta te funkcionalan i jednostavan za korištenje. Klimatizacijski sustav za polikliniku na području Grada Zagreba izveden je kao zračnovodeni sustav sa četverocijevnim ventilokonvektorima za grijanje i hlađenje zraka u prostorijama. Kao ogrjevni i rashladni medij koristi se voda koja se priprema centralno sa plinskim kotlom u režimu grijanja te sa rashladnim agregatom u režimu hlađenja. Sva oprema smješta se u za to predviđenu kotlovnicu na drugom katu poliklinike dok se kondenzatori hlađeni zrakom za odvođenje topline prema okolišu smještaju se na ravni krov poliklinike. U onim prostorijama u kojima je to potrebno omogućena je mehanička ventilacija sa odgovarajućom količinom zraka ovisno o namjeni prostorije. Ukupna količina zraka za mehaničku ventilaciju od 14750 m3/h priprema se u klimatizacijskoj jedinici smještenoj na krovu poliklinike. Kako bi se spriječilo širenje mirisa iz garderoba i sanitarnih prostora izveden je i sustav odsisne ventilacije koji takve prostore drži u potlaku. U prvom dijelu rada provedeni su odgovarajući proračuni potrebni za dimenzioniranje sustava u režimu grijanja i u režimu hlađenja. Projektno opterećenje sustava grijanja iznosi 70,3 kW dok za sustav hlađenja ono iznosi 95 kW. U drugom dijelu rada odabrane su komponente sustava i ostala potrebna oprema. Odabrane komponente klimatizacijskog sustava povezuju u funkcionalnu cjelinu sa odgovarajućim regulacijskim elementima za potpuno automatski rad kako bi korištenje sustava bilo što jednostavnije za korisnike. Klimatizacijski sustav projektiran je u skladu sa svim zakonima, propisima te pravilima struke.

Abstract (english)

Rehabilitation institutions are public institutions in which, except employees, children, disabled persons and persons in need of special care spend a significant amount of time. Because of that, in buildings like rehabilitation institutions quality of thermal comfort criteria must be very high. Fulfilling of that criteria is in close relation with customers health and mood so it’s very important to choose and size HVAC system properly . Some of the demands for thermal comfort criteria are temperature and humidity of indoor air, air velocity and air quality. Also, HVAC system must be payable in economical point of view and functional and simple to use. Air conditioning system for polyclinic in city of Zagreb is designed as combination of air and water system with four pipe fan coil units for heating and cooling of indoor air. Water is used as a cooling and heating fluid and it's prepared centrally in gas boiler for heating and with water chiller for cooling. All system components are placed in room on second floor. Air cooled condensers for heat rejection are placed on flat part of the roof. In those rooms, in which needed, system of mechanical ventilation is designed in order to provide amount of fresh air corresponding to room demands. Total amount of 14750 m3/h of fresh air for mechanical ventilation is prepared in central air handling unit placed on the roof. In order to prevent spreading of bad smells from wardrobes and sanitary rooms, exhaust ventilation system is designed to keep those rooms in pressure lower than surrounding rooms. Calculations needed to size and design the heating and cooling part of the HVAC system are provided in first part of this master thesis. Total heating load is 70,3 kW, and cooling load is 95 kW. In second part of this master thesis, components of HVAC system are sized and chosen. Components of HVAC system are linked in automatic and functional system to ensure its reliability and simplicity for end users. HVAC system is designed in compliance with all regulations and professional rules.
